My work empowers you with the skills to feel strong & well-aligned in your body & in your ability to take good care of yourself.

Freedom of movement is the ultimate strength, one that takes full-body flexibility, strength and mobility. It’s what drives me to train the entire body well, through the full range-of-motion of every joint- the way our bodies are designed to move. With challenging yet gentle whole body movement, my goal is to unlock your body and to redesign your approach towards stretching- for you to see it as the foundation of your strength training and as an integral part of self-care.

Nutrition education is at the foundation of health and well-being. The quality of the food we eat affects the degree of the well-being we experience. My focus is to draw attention and appreciation towards wholesome foods that cultivate energy, peace of mind and enjoyment in life.

I truly believe that it’s possible to give your body a fresh start at any given phase of your life and I’m always, so very honoured to be able to help you along the way.

My curiosity for wellness began at a young age while baking and cooking with my Mama and my Babcia. Experiencing first hand how food would be the fuel to drive my career in movement, I was led directly down the paths of holistic nutrition and advanced sports nutrition.

As a trainer, I’ve been (so very!) fortunate to have a wide range of clientele including the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Olympic, World and Canadian Champion Meagan Duhamel. I’ve also enjoyed working as head of teacher training, managing a certification program and being a featured trainer on Essentrics TV for the fitness company Essentrics.

As a consultant, it’s been refreshing & rewarding to work on teacher training manual development, group exercise programming and signature sequencing for studios and gyms in Canada and the US.

I LOVE working with new instructors and women wanting to make lasting lifestyle changes. Having led numerous wellness workshops, fitness retreats and corporate wellness programs, my work these days is focused on creating more opportunities to make this happen for more women.
