After working with Erika as my Nutritionist, I have a deeper understanding of the functions of food and I’m paying more attention to what I’m putting in my body. She’s really helped me manage my food sensitivities. I’m feeling more performance energy and sleeping is getting better. Our online meetings help deepen my understanding, allow me to ask questions and they also help as little check-ins. I am confident in the adaptations made to my diet. I feel that adding meal preps allows me to always have something in the fridge that is beneficial in nutrients. If I’m in a rush or not in the mood to cook, all I have to do is grab and go! This helps with not eating out and sticking to whole food options. So far I have no cravings and the nutrition plan made for me has a wide variety of different foods so that it doesn’t get boring!
